ReLearn aims to bring a waste-free lifestyle into every person’s routine. We cannot solve a problem if we cannot measure it. That’s why we use technology to help people make the right choice, create new awareness about this issue by measuring waste delivery and collecting accurate data. We support companies and institutions to achieve their sustainability goals by measuring the waste they produce and leading toward the best strategies to reduce their environmental impact.

We are an Italian startup based in both cities, Turin and Rome. In one year we have been selected for the most important accelerator programs on sustainability, Bocconi4Innovation and ZERO-promoted by LVenture Group and CDP. We are already selling our solution in the B2B market and listed companies represent our main customer segment. After closing two pre-seed investing rounds, we are working hard to approach our first seed round in January.

Role Description 

We are looking for passionate people who are interested in solving problems which enable a better sustainable future. We do not treat the responsibility and sustainability as something extra, they are the vital, integrated part and the engine of our team and our values. You will be part of a warm and stimulating environment in which you can push back the boundaries of both innovation and technology to create a waste-free world: don’t give up, it’s not an easy task to change the world.

As Key Account you will support our most strategically essential Partners in day-to-day activities and drive key new strategic initiatives. You would be responsible for delivering first-class service. You’ll build and manage a pipeline of clients working towards strategic objectives and be responsible for collaborating with several internal stakeholders to optimize the long-term success of these new customers and partners. You’ll learn how to evaluate needs, diagnose problems and develop solutions by making warm and cold calls.

How you will make the difference 

Every day there will be plenty of opportunities to influence the direction of our team. A few examples of your responsibilities:

 

  • You will work closely with the CEO and CFO to develop business development strategies that determine how the company will achieve scaling and profitability targets.
  • You will build direct relationships in the B2B and B2G market.
  • Partner closely with product teams to ensure we’re factoring customer feedback in ongoing product development.
  • Negotiate contracts with top customers.
  • Identifying and developing opportunities to drive business value for clients.
  • Nurture and expand relationships with day-to-day contacts and other key relevant stakeholders.

  • Sustainability and Cleantech knowledge: stakeholders, trends, economic drivers and policy across the sectors.
  • Client focused mindset
  • Experience in pitching and presenting to senior stakeholders. Success in preparing and negotiating contracts and commercial agreements
  • Ability to build and grow client relationships
  • Passion to create excellent customer service
  • Great communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to be proactive and work on your own initiative when required, prioritizing your own workload effectively.
  • Strong Communication skills – high level of English and Italian both written and spoken. An additional European language is preferred.

Commitment & contract 

The role will be based preferably in Turin, Rome or Milan. We also accept partially remote work for this position. Some domestic travel may be required. It is a full-time internship role for a period of time of 6 months, any further extensions will be evaluated at the end of the contract.

The selection process 

If you successfully pass through our screening process,  we’ll invite you to take part in some interviews—normally two — to get to know each other and figure out if it’s a good fit for both parties. The interviews are held remotely and include some behavioral and problem-solving questions.
